The tea contains only leaves, neatly cut branches, black and red currant berries. Add «Smorodina» to black tea, Ivan tea or any other herbal tea and it will uplift a usual drink! If you like currants, you can brew it as a separate tea. The color will not be saturated, that is because the currant has a little of it, but has enough benefits and aroma.
The rich composition boosts immune system. Blend normalizes metabolism, improves endocrine and cardiovascular systems.
The fruits contain ascorbic acid (138-568 mg%), provitamin A, vitamin E, organic acids, flavonoids, sugars, pectins, tannins, trace elements (manganese, copper, iodine, barium, etc.).
• Black currant leaf. It contains ascorbic acid (300-400 mg%).
• Young sprigs of black currant will help to cope with the lack of vitamin C.
BREWING SUGGESTIONS
Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves per cup/person to your taste. Allow to brew for 10-15 minutes. For a stronger flavor or iced tea brew increase steeping time.
